Orders are typically dispatched same/next business day. They are delivered according to your chosen delivery method:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - receive within 5 business days.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 - receive within 3 business days.

In some rare instances it can take Royal Mail longer to delivery your parcels. Royal Mail do not count any parcels as 'lost' until 10 business days have passed (not including weekends).

If 10 business days have passed since your order was dispatched and you have not received it. Please complete the form below and we'll get this sorted right away for you.

We always recommend using our wax melts in a 45w-60w electric warmer or a tealight burner for optimal performance. However, during our extensive testing phase, we successfully used and validated our products in lower 25w warmers, which are commonly used with Scentsy and Yankee brands.

Yes. As long as your wax melts are unused and in the original undamaged packaging you can either return for a refund or replacement within 30 days.

Yes. This is very important to us.

We always allow a + or - 10% allowance on our wax melt weights.

Our wax melts are poured into moulds, so the volume will always be the same.

However, some fragrance oils are denser and heavier/lighter than others. Meaning that whilst the amount of wax you have will always be the same (filled to the top of the mould), the weight may vary because of this.
